Plan to attend an in-person meeting of the Ski Country Amateur Radio Club on October 10, 2026. Please note that we have a new location in the town of New Castle.

We will enjoy a fascinating presentation by Gene Spinelli, K5GS, leader of the Perseverance DX group, about their recent DXpedition to VP6D / Ducie Island, with a stop at VP6 / Pitcairn Is, in the South Pacific. This program will get you back in gear and revved up for the upcoming DX season! Gene’s presentation to SCARC last fall about the TX / Clipperton Island DXpedition was very well received by the members.  There are lots of photos and videos in this presentation – you’ll enjoy it!

Location: The New Castle Public Library, 402 West Main Street, New Castle.
Schedule:
9:30 to 10:00 a.m. arrivals and setup
10:00 meeting begins
12:00 conclusion of meeting, room cleanup
