Brian NØTHY and Clark K3NI will discuss their experiences with the forgotten technology of AM radio.  Remember Superheterodyne from your FCC exam?  Don WØCTX will wrap up with comparison of “old-school” equipment design to modern radio design.

Kevin KDØMA will briefly discuss completion of the voting receiver project last fall and status of transmitter dropout issues that mysteriously started in January.

Tony WA1ENO will talk about recent improvements to the Flex Radio connection software with a live demo of turning on the radio remote, connecting to the radio, and hopefully making a contact.  He will also discuss remote control for switching to different antennas.  Also, future additions of a camera to see the equipment, rotor control, control of amp, and standby mode.
